Inman Alley Development Company

Inman Alley Development Company is headed by Jeanie Wooster and Richard Taylor. The duo has worked together on numerous projects over the past twenty years and most recently developed, along with Mel Stowers, The Stove Works, a 65,000 square foot commercial loft project one block south of Inman Alley. They have a loyal following of tenants and purchasers who expect and respect the high level of quality of construction that they deliver as well as their personal management style. Jeanie Wooster, the managing partner of Inman Alley, has built and managed a variety of real estate developments. For six years, she was associated with developing suburban residential properties north of Atlanta. Within the Perimeter, one of her commercial properties has become the Mecca for entertainment and music/video production companies. The leadership and experience she brings to the development of Inman Alley offers confidence and certainty to those who look carefully at joining the group of investors presently purchasing at Inman Alley.

Taylor Architecture

Taylor Architecture is a full-service architectural practice that provides its clients with feasibility studies, concept generation, technical schematics, design development, prepared construction documents, interior selections, construction administration and post-occupancy evaluation for new, preservation, and renovation projects. Richard Taylor, FAIA, is the principal of Taylor Architecture, a former Associate Professor of Architecture at Georgia Tech, and the architect and developer of award-winning condominium communities such as Piedmont Arbors, Stillwood Trace, and Vinings Mill. Most recently, Mr. Taylor was selected as the architect for the Atlanta Silverbacks Park near the intersection of I-285 and I-85 in Atlanta, Georgia. Taylor's work has been the recipient of numerous architectural and Urban Design awards. In 2003, Mr. Taylor earned the prestigious Atlanta Urban Design Commission Award of Excellence for Adaptive Reuse for his work on The Stove Works.

Parkside Partners, Inc.

Parkside Partners provides development consulting and marketing services for Inman Alley. An Atlanta-based commercial real estate development and brokerage firm founded in 2003, Parkside has quickly become recognized as a leader in the development of office and commercial condominiums, boutique single-user office buildings and unique adaptive re-use projects. Since its inception, Parkside has completed eight projects totaling over 250,000 square feet and has three additional projects under construction totaling 105,000 square feet. Parkside’s portfolio includes the development of such noted projects as the Harry Norman headquarters building, Blue Horse in Inman Park Village, The Offices of Vinings Main in historic Vinings, Glassworks in Midtown West, and The Hardin Building on West Paces Ferry Road.
